About the Job

As a Recruiting Coordinator you would have a keen eye for detail as well as advanced administrative skills working within multiple systems. Your main responsibility would be the general administrative functions of the Recruiting Department. This role will work closely with recruiting and field leadership to ensure timely and accurate staff reporting, maintain ATS integrity, and oversight to metrics related to recruitment activities in order to support business growth as envisioned by 2020 Companies business goals and company culture.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both recruiting leadership and field management
  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain data integrity for all recruiting related systems
  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence
  • Effectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheets
  • Maintain a high-level of customer service during inbound/outbound calls with field leadership
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:
  • Promptly update data in reporting systems; ensure data integrity through audit/review
  • Accurate tracking of candidate flow
  • Ensure timely and consistent reporting accuracy

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
  • 1 year administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; paying close attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently operate in a remote work environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and follow-up with internal customers
  • Advanced working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs, etc.
