The Tatz Group is searching for a full time virtual recruiter that possesses hospital recruitment experience. I am searching for an experienced recruiter someone who has full desk recruitment experience preference to candidates who have existing relationship with hospitals regarding recruitment. I am very forthcoming/ candid regarding this opportunity. I am known as a direct communicator (open and honest) who provides my associates with full disclosure.
This position is 100% commission 1099 independent contractor. (we do not provide(hourly salary, or draw and that is why our associates earn 60% commission + revenue sharing when we fill requisitions in-house. We partner with several recruitment firms so you will have plenty of job orders to recruit for. I have one seat available for LinkedIn Recruiter that is a $6,000 value annually that we use to source candidates. If you share my passion for recruitment excellence where you will serve as a career coach for candidates and help hospitals as an extended arm with positions nationwide they are having difficulty filling providing outstanding customer service then I would welcome the opportunity to chat with you to see if we are a good fit for each other.
