This is a Temporary/Contract position with the possibility for a remote working arrangement. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Pittsburgh area.

To stay on the cutting edge, we're looking to add a talented and connected Technology Recruiter / Sourcer who can help us fill critical roles in the areas of:

 

- Data & Analytics

- Mobile app development

- Application Development 

- Infrastructure & Security

- Frontend - Web, UI/UX

- Digital media & design

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Partner with Hiring Managers to support the development of a qualified pool of applicants for key positions.
  2. Advise Hiring Managers on technology hiring best practices and guide them through the Sheetz hiring process.
  3. Develop relationships with technology hubs, incubators, universities, code academy programs and other organizations where talent can be identified.
  4. Attend networking events in the Pittsburgh, Columbus, State College, Altoona, etc areas to get the Sheetz name in front of technology talent. 
  5. Utilize modern sourcing techniques to establish leads. Aggressively pursue top talent in person, by phone, via email, DM, etc.
  6. Track and report metrics as defined by Talent Acquisition leadership.


REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

  • 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field, required
  • Master Degree in Human Recourses or related field, preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in areas of Talent Acquisition, recruiting and sourcing
  • Knowledge and application of employment law.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
