Prudential Advisors is presently looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager develops, implements and maintains an intricate recruiting business plan to drive recruitment and retention of qualified experienced financial advisors as well as financial professional associate positions for his/her assigned markets. S/he will communicate the Prudential Advisors value proposition and leverage connections with local and national resources with financial advisors to drive growth and surpass recruiting revenue objectives.
Recruiting activities include, but are not limited to:
Articulate value proposition by conducting significant outbound calls to passive external experienced candidates with successful backgrounds.
Acquiring advanced knowledge of local competitor firms and using that market intelligence to build a network of talent and robust pipelines within the assigned market.
Acting as subject matter expert to local firms, helping them develop their experienced advisor sourcing and recruiting skills.
Developing leads and contacting prospective advisors to determine suitability of their current business within Prudential Advisors strategies, goals and compliance processes
This position can be worked virtually from a home office in the continental US.
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry with sales recruiting experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
College degree preferred
Ability to work remotely and self-manage
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques, specifically social media and recruiting tools
Ability to manage a high-volume goal driven environment with conflicting priorities
Well organized strategic thinker
Strong relationship building, partnering, interpersonal and collaborative skills
