Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at IT Pros, you will be responsible for marketing our client job opportunities, proactively (re)engaging candidates assigned to you from our sourcing team, and scheduling candidates to speak with our screening team.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Become a positive and active online figurehead in the Philadelphia technical business community: Slack communities, Meetups, Online groups, etc.
  • Produce creative, meaningful, and to the point content with a goal to engage by getting the candidate prospect on the phone with our screening team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure common goals and objectives are met
  • Deliver candidates in your first week
  • Introduce new ways to automate
  • Simplify our process
  • Deliver for yourself, team, and clients


Qualifications

Successful applicants will be entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, marketing-focused, and be extremely driven and organized in order to get the job done without excuse.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work remotely with (uninterrupted) access to High-Speed Internet
  • Must provide evidence of exceptional ability (business, school, sport, side hustle, etc.)
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
