Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Position Purpose:The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the daily oversight of recruitment functions while personally participating actively in the recruitment process. The Recruiter works hand in hand with the Center Director, National Recruitment Director, HR Manager, Operations and other Managers to insure that Everise recruitment related goals are met. The Recruiter helps ensure that Everise is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and raising awareness of the company and job opportunities. Recruiters may have client facing interaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Working with National Director of Recruitment and HR Manager, achieve recruitment goals by developing a pool of qualified candidates to anticipate and fill open positions
  • Ensure applicants are welcomed, assessed, interviewed and responded to in a timely, professional environment that makes them want to work for Everise
  • Help create local programs that attract candidates
  • Oversee the center processes for recruitment
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager


Qualifications
  • Must have Workday experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university, one to three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
  • Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
