We are looking for an experienced outgoing part time HR Manager to help with defining company policies and initiatives, enhancing culture, training, recruiting, on and off boarding employees, employee matters, immigration documentation, and equity documentation. If you love working in a start up environment and with a stellar team this role is for you. This is a part time position working approximately 16-20 hours a week.


    • Help improve our people processes and contribute to existing and new HR initiatives
    • Develop and lead training programs for our diverse staff
    • Define and document company policies, benefits, and perks
    • Resource for employee issues
    • Maintain our recruiting accounts on social media
    • Maintain performance review system, conducting engagement and surveys
    • Manage and lead all stages of the recruitment process
    • Prepare employee agreements
    • Manage and develop our internship and mentorship programs
    • Manage and maintain personnel data in our HR system
    • Develop and maintain Employee Handbook
    • Assist in preparing equity documentation
    • Assist in preparing immigration documentation


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required with 5+ years experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience working in a high growth technology company with teams in multiple states
    • Experience working in a startup
    • Experience as a trainer
    • Understand and knowledgeable of HR concepts and employment law in CA and NY
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate well virtually
    • Willingness to jump in and problem solve
    • Flexible work schedule
