This position is part of a 6-month project team. This is a remote, full-time position, providing Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts).

Essential Functions

Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a passionate individual that is organized and has a strong attention to detail, to help support the Sprout's COVID-19 national crisis response to our 30,000+ team members.

You will join a COVID-19 Response Team dedicated to providing support to Sprouts team members. This is an immediate short-term and full-time opportunity to help with the behind the scenes response efforts, including monitoring internal email communication, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking team member quarantines and COVID test notifications, and providing any necessary reporting.

Essential Job Functions
  • Professionally and thoughtfully represent Sprouts' Human Resources team through administrative support of the COVID response team.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate communication with the COVID-19 Response Team, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor COVID Response email inbox, in order to document and track pending test results or team member quarantines.
  • Ensure that all tracking spreadsheets are maintained with the most updated information.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly documentation reporting.
  • Perform other administrative duties, in support of the COVID-19 Response Team, as necessary.
  • Build a strong rapport with the COVID-19 Response Team and other business partners to create a trusting and supportive dynamic.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of Human Resources or Project Coordinator experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service related position strongly preferred
  • Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, as appropriate, once instruction is given
  • Effectively prioritize and oversee multiple tasks
  • Ability to contribute to a high degree of teamwork and collaboration
