We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, self starter who can work from home; and succeed in identifying candidates that can be successfully placed in our client's open positions. We are a diversified company that provides Engineers, IT, Industrial, Administrative, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting and Health talent to clients;across the wide range of industry sectors..

Recruiters are independent contractors and work on 100% commission.
Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager
. Foster long term relationships with candidates.
Review and understand job requirements
. Format resumes meeting client expectations.
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates.
Develop recruitment strategies and plans
Work closely with recruitment manager


Ability to build strong relationships, ability to work independently and productively,

Ability to use MS office tools.

Possess self confidence and is a self starter with good written and verbal communicaton skills

1-3years experience in a customer focused, sales related position needed

Previous recruitment experience a plus
