NewGen Technologies is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter with significant experience finding cleared and non-cleared talent, for work across the US with a vast array of government agencies. NewGen is an IT professional services company focused on serving clients within the Federal Government and Commercial spaces.
Local to the DC metro area.
Must have extensive experience recruiting IT professionals with a full spectrum of government clearances up to Full-scope polygraphs.
Must have extensive experience searching and finding candidates with experience in a broad range of software products, specifically attracting Java developers, Linux Admins and DevOps Engineers.
Must be comfortable recruiting for both long term and short term roles as well as contract positions.
Ability to negotiate salary/rate with W2 and 1099 employees and consultants.
Must be comfortable working virtually and self-managing, but produce results as if working under supervision and be comfortable providing frequent status updates.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Strong ability in writing job descriptions and posting.
