Executive Recruiter Virtual/Remote - Major US Cities
We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiters with effective sourcing and negotiation, skills to join our team in four major states. This is a Remote role. We give you the Power to choose to work with Fortune 500 firms, startups, government contract firms in almost every industry, while working your assigned territories. Our clients have employees in the US, Canada, Afghanistan, Dubai, Africa and other parts of the world.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing job candidates for open positions. Your goal is to meet NR's clients' needs by finding top candidates that match their organizational culture and open positions. After 60 days of successful transition you will be paid a base+ 20% - 40% commission for each placement made. During the first 60 days of this role you are 100% commission status.
Research clients company and their competitors
Define job description, screening specifications, post job openings
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Create a candidate persona for each open position
Conduct confidential interviews by phone and web
Present shortlisted candidates
Present detailed candidate profile summaries
Research and develop recruiting leads and develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
Build long-term client relationships
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work remote in a quite environment, have high speed internet access, web cam, phone, MS Office or LibreOffice. Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
HS Diploma and 5+ yes in high volume recruitment or headhunter environment, sales or management roles
BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Taleo, CATS, BrassRing, Bullhorn, JobScience, other ATS
Understanding of CRM, Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
3 years' experience with candidates selection methods, sourcing tools, search methods, and social platforms
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player but must be able to work independently
Good time-management skills, ability to work in fast pace setting
Integrity and confidentiality
Linguists or Bilingual language skills a big plus.
