Under the current circumstances this role will be performed remotely.
We are looking for a sourcer to join our team to help with a recent influx of business. This is a 2 – 3 month role that has the possibility of extending beyond then.
The sourcer will work with our recruiters and account managers to build a pipeline of candidates to be considered for current roles we are recruiting for on behalf of our clients. Familiarity with technology terminology from a recruiting perspective, experience working with candidate tracking systems and using LinkedIn and job boards to source candidates are needed for this role.
- Source potential candidates on various platforms including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster and indeed.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Ability to prospect utilizing multiple sources
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Multi-tasking and self-sufficiency
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of creating and using Boolean search strings
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
