Titan is hiring a REMOTE Talent Acquisition Sourcer – a new role supporting our growing IT Solutions business. In this role, you will leverage your creativity to find cleared and uncleared IT/technical talent, helping to staff positions in multiple locations, spanning a broad array of IT skillsets. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate position criteria, provide pulse of market, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.

· Source passive and active candidates using sourcing tools and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent, including online social networking, cold-calling, traditional networking, Boolean searches, referrals, military, diversity and university programs.

· Develop relevant prescreening questions to collect candidate details during initial screening

· Submit candidate profiles and resumes to hiring teams for consideration

· Proactively engage with recruiters and provide ongoing status of sourcing activities

· Actively plan and host virtual recruiting events

· Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes and policies, and maintain accurate, auditable employment records.

You MUST:

  • Have at least 6 years of proven experience in sourcing & hiring top technical talent, with a keen focus on diversity & retention
  • Have at least 4 years of proven experience successfully sourcing CLEARED technical talent, ranging from Public Trust to TS/SCI clearances
  • Have demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Be creative, resourceful, independent and self motivated, working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Be social media savvy
  • Have experience successfully supporting remote customers
  • Have demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Be familiar with & work in accordance with EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines
  • Be able to work remotely, in an area free from distractions, with reliable phone service & high speed internet, a laptop/desktop computer and headset.
