We are currently seeking a Manager of HR Technology to lead the implementation and optimization of our new HCM system, Workday. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating processes, building capabilities and functionality to create efficiencies and improve internal workflow. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to parlay business needs into functional design and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and prioritize project timelines.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, leading and performing configuration work, as well as sharing effective practices based on prior experience. You and your team will own the full suite of the Workday platform and will serve as the technical and administrative experts. This will include providing back-end support such as business process and tenant configuration, report writing, integration design & management, security administration and upgrade planning/testing. This position will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology.
