We are currently seeking a Manager of HR Technology to lead the implementation and optimization of our new HCM system, Workday. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating processes, building capabilities and functionality to create efficiencies and improve internal workflow. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to parlay business needs into functional design and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and prioritize project timelines.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, leading and performing configuration work, as well as sharing effective practices based on prior experience. You and your team will own the full suite of the Workday platform and will serve as the technical and administrative experts. This will include providing back-end support such as business process and tenant configuration, report writing, integration design & management, security administration and upgrade planning/testing. This position will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the implementation and project management of Workday HCM
  • Partner closely with FormFactor’s implementation consultant to keep the implementation project on track and dig in with system configurations, setting up integrations, etc.
  • Provide pre and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize Workday processes
  • Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline and enhance reporting processes, and promote user adoption
  • Establish robust reporting, including dashboards, delivered analytics, and requested reports.
  • Manage a team of analysts responsible for global customer support for all production modules, and effectively manage and prioritize the tasks of the HRIS analysts
  • Administer system security ensuring users are granted appropriate and approved access
  • Facilitate change management, including system training, ensuring the organization is effectively utilizing the system.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities.
  • Recommend changes to business process/workflows to improve the delivery of HR services to the organization.
  • Develop and promote continuous learning within the human resources community.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to improve the efficiency and operations of the HR function.
  • Utilize innovative ideas and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience within HRIS
  • Experience with Workday (required); Strong technical and functional knowledge of HRIS systems and integrations
  • Solid understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes, with a strong focus on configuration
  • Cross-functional project management experience and organizational skills with an aptitude for forward planning
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, in order to build positive partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
  • Customer service mindset, with the ability to prioritize workload, and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility and a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with an implementation of a system or module
  • Previous work experience with data integrations and/or data conversions
  • Workday Pro certifications strongly preferred
