MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in the role of HR Manager
  • Previous successful experience of managing labor issues is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized, detailed- multitasking, result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • Holds valid local work permits/residency

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR administration / full scope of HR documentation turnover
  • HR databases, reporting, statistics preparing of regular reports upon requests within HQ policies
  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and programs with local legislation and corporate requirements
  • Work closely with management on staffing and compensation & benefit issues that ensure all practices are in compliance with the company standards
  • Organizing all the HR activities as per company standards
  • Recruit of employees of all levels, arranging all stages of recruitment processes
  • Employee adaptation, development and motivation within company standards
  • To handle ad-hoc projects as required

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
