Gig Description

We are looking for a part-time People Ops Generalist to work on multiple strategic initiatives and projects of People Operations. This is a part-time position but with the potential to become a full-time position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with front-line management to influence and facilitate the development of their organizational priorities;
  • Assist in the formulation of policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate hiring;
  • Facilitate onboarding, making sure new joiners are provided all required documentation and information for their first day;
  • Manage off-boarding including process, communication, exit-survey/interview, and separation agreement;
  • Manage compensation, leaves, and benefits issues;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Execute on ad hoc projects that support broader People Ops objectives and strategy.


Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • HR generalist skills (+3 years) including technical and administrative knowledge of all HR functions;
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment;
  • Process oriented;
  • Detailed oriented, able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related degree.
