To learn more about Baptist Health, visit us at This position is a specialist for information systems in Human Resources and acts as liaison with Information Services department; trains staff on HR and payroll system, and Time and Attendance system; supports staff to answer questions as needed and troubleshoot problems; prepares reports and forms as needed; processes and audits changes on employee data to ensure accurate information in HR and Payroll systems.   Qualifications   High School diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Computer Science preferred. Previous experience in data entry required, previous experience in HCM/HRIS preferred. Experience with excel, Access and other database functions required. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet packages, preferably Word and Excel. Knowledge of PC hardware and software and related terminology. Basic mathematical ability to compile statistical information. Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to operate standard office equipment, i.e. fax machine, multi line telephone system. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
