The Senior Manager of HR Analytics will use their expertise with data to:

  • Develop and deliver metrics that tell the story of our employees
  • Prove how HR’s programs and processes add enterprise value
  • Enhance the HR team’s capabilities to drive positive organizational change

In this role you will be a critical enabler of the HR organization’s efforts to make a real difference. As a result, you will have plenty of growth opportunities as you support continuous improvement initiatives by designing tools and collaborating with various subject matter experts in generating data-proven insights. 

You probably have many, if not all, of these characteristics:

  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Determination to solve problems and answer questions
  • Appreciation for story telling with data
  • True believer in the power of great talent management
  • Love working with PowerPoint and Excel to tell the story
  • Has proven expertise with 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Consulting experience with one of the Big 4 or top tier a plus
  • HR/HCM experience preferred
