Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our Human Resources department. The Senior HR Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and working together with our HR Coordinator to set objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees on time. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Host in-house recruitment events.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ and managers requests, needs, and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

 

About you:

 

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fields is required, but not mandatory.
  • MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of European labor legislation.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • 3 -5 years of experience as a Sr. HR Manager or similar role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment agencies or headhunters is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
