Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Talent Acquisition function, working as a close partner and trusted resource to leaders at the company by contributing to organizational design and team growth strategies. 
  • Experience and passion for understanding talent analytics, establish KPIs/OKRs to evaluate the success of talent programs, and adjust strategy based on insights. 
  • Lead our DEI initiatives as it intersects with hiring to continuously improve our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.  
  • Develop and lead both short and long-term talent strategies to help the organization meet its ambitious hiring goals.  
  • Establish a strong recruiting culture which empowers hiring managers to make excellent talent decisions for their team and the company.  
  • Facilitate the  interview process, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for game development roles including Engineers, Artists, Product Managers, Executive Recruiting and more. 
  • Partner with recruitment coordinators, sourcers and management to find, attract, assess, and hire for all open roles. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team’s talent needs, develop a tailored sourcing strategy, and advise on how to assess and hire top talent. 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand technical requirements of open positions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development and diversity.
  • Proven experience and passion for developing people and teams, while driving an inclusive, performance-driven culture at scale.
  • Must have experience hiring in a high growth gaming startup environment sourcing both high quality and quantity of candidates.
  • Experience building and managing a global team, and scaling a global organization.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a commitment to creating a top-notch hiring experience for both our leaders and candidates.
  • Have a strong bias for action, drive for results and motivate others to do the same.
  • Have a data driven mentality and strong analytics skills to generate metrics that evaluate effectiveness and identify insights that continuously improve the recruiting function.
  • Thrive in an unstructured, constantly changing environment while, at the same time, contribute to building processes, programs, and infrastructure.
  • Must have experience with Executive Recruiting.
  • We are a growing distributed team that embraces remote work. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multiple time zones.
