Responsibilities: Responsible for administration of pre and post offer recruiting activities including ATS and req management, job posting compliance, candidate scheduling, background checks Coordinate and delegate tasks to the appropriate person on the team Responsible for recruiting data management - tracking and analyzing data and identifying functional needs (i.e., # of interviewers) Formulating methods to improve recruitment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes.
