Randstad is seeking a fully remote HR & Payroll professional for a long term contract to hire position in the bay area. If you have 3-5 years supporting both payroll and HR functions in a startup environment this may be the job for you! You MUST HAVE both Canadian and US Payroll experience in the High Tech industry. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: ● Process Semi-Monthly Payroll through Trinet, adding new hires, processing personnel changes, and calculating and entering medical, FSA and other employee deductions ● Collect banking info for direct deposit? ● Canadian and US payroll processing experience a must ● Assists performance management coordination including employee status changes and salary adjustments. ● Canadian and US HR compliance experience a plus ● Helps manage employee onboarding and terminations ● Processes Leave of Absences ● Help support the hiring process to schedule candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience
