If you are looking for an exciting recruiting opportunity, primarily working from your home office - this could be the role for you! What will you be doing? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business plans and talent streams and partner with HR and Recruiting leadership to hire according to plan/process Perform all phases of sourcing, recruiting, candidate review support for assigned positions Conduct candidate assessments, pre-employment screening and interviews for assigned positions Escalate roadblocks to meeting the hiring plan and filling open positions Manually track and report on applicant status in the ATS by open position Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgement and discretion What skills and experience do we require? 3+ years’ experience as a full cycle recruiter in a fast-paced organization Experience in technical recruiting and building candidate pipeline Expertise in talent sourcing utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn and others Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving hiring metrics Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience is highly desired Equal Employment Opportunity Talent Gap provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
