The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support in a service delivery hub in the functional areas of proactive People Manager training, CoE program support and delivery ('Go to Market' and Annual Processes), High level Investigations (Ethics, Open Door),  HRO escalated issues (non-administrative and ER), and aligned business line specialized support.  The role also includes key support and partnership with the Portfolio Management function, CoE's and Global GEO HRBP Organization.  Align to HRBP's, Geo and Product; acts as service arm for HRBP's during assigned support. Responsibilities:  Functions as a HR Generalist for ongoing support in programs of work in proactive People Manager Training, CoE programs, investigations, HRO escalated issues and aligned business line specific Service Delivery ParnterGeneralist support.  Operates through a lens of continuous improvement. Align to HRBP's, Geo and Product in order to act as service arm for HRBP's during assigned and determined support needs  Effectively partners with CoE's to deliver CoE programs of work and ensure that programs are executed according to CoE design.   Provide in-country change management to local leadership to effectively deliver CoE programs  Strong partnership and support of Global Portfolio Function to ensure new, modified or sunsetted programs are supported Ensures awareness and impact around service delivery, change management, technology, vendors, M&A, and analytics review and understanding Eliminates any country-specific silos--focus on delivering service through SLA execution Participates and supports small and large scale projects associated with the delivery or execution of new or existing services                    Provides communication and change management support for changing plans, model design, documentation and new activities associated with country specific changes           Effective and open dialogue and partnership across the Service Delivery Hub to ensure capability needs are met and programs are executed.  Flexibility in assignment key to success of role and hub  Recognizes, ensures and reinforces service delivery as primary point of entry for Generalist support; via case submission and assigned by Service Delivery Leader  Execute M&A activities via partnership with service delivery team and HRBP's; effective communication with localized leadership Active user of systems to include Case Management.  Escalates as necessary for system functionality and improvements Requirements: Bachelor's degree required                                                                                                                                                                    5+ years progressive experience in HR required 2+ years working in a regional shared services organization a plus                                                                                                                                           Must possess demonstrated understanding of HR service delivery model and performance management A track record of continuous improvement in engaging and supporting the transformation in the business environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in a complex, multi-supplier and matrixed environment Exceptional conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced situations that require sound decision making Acknowledged presence with a high degree of comfort with change, with the skill to easily shift priorities to meet business needs Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, and customer interfacing skills  Category: Human Resources Group
