Human Capital Group Operations Assistant (Los Angeles, CA / Remote) - US candidates only Responsibilities Include: Initiate Onboarding for newly hired employees in SilkRoad Onboarding system Maintain accurate electronic personnel records, including collection of new hire paperwork Maintain Employee Phone Book system with accurate employee contact numbers Initiate employee background checks Complete verbal and written requests for Employment Verifications Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Group US Operations team Compile data as requested by the Human Capital Group US Operations team and other departments/Lines of Business using Workday and Excel Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative support role, preferably for a Human Capital/Human Resources department within a financial services/corporate environment.
